Where are my quizzes?

All of your orders are visable in myAccount-myQuizzes. You will need to be logged in.

If you selected to receive your quizzes by download, a link to do this appears next to the quiz name & number. If you selected to receive quizzes by post, a notification will appear next to each quiz listed in myQuizzes once they have been posted.

How do I access my quizzes if I order them to be delivered by download?

Orders to be delivered by download will be available immediately after payment by way of an instant link to myAccount-myQuizzes. We also send a confirmation email that contains a link to access your quizzes.

If I select more than one quiz, will they all be different quizzes?

Yes they will. If you select more than one in any quiz department, you will NOT receive duplicate quizzes. ie, If you select 10 general knowlege quizzes, you will receive 10 DIFFERENT general knowledge quizzes. If you select 4 pop quizzes, you will receive 4 DIFFERENT pop quizzes. AND our system will keep track of which quizzes you have had and will never give you the same quiz again. So you don't have to keep any records of quiz numbers used etc, we do all that for you.

How quickly will I recieve my quizzes if I order them by post?

Orders to be delivered by post will normally be despatched within 4 working days and currently do not carry an additional postal charge although we reserve the right to charge for postal delivery for subsequent orders at a later date, prices for which will be published on the site prior to purchase.  

What security do you have to protect me when I enter my credit and debit card details?

All card details entered into the Quiz Express website are handled by Paypoint, one of the UK’s leading payment processors, who provide the highest standards of electronic security to protect your sensitive data. Paypoint's message to customers is as follows;

How do I pay for my subscription?

When you subscribe to our quizzes, we will contact you to confirm your subscription request & to acquire details of the card you wish us to charge each time we deliver your subscription. In order to subscribe, you will need to provide us with your permission to charge your card. This permission is given by way of ticking the dedicated check-box on the subscription request page. You will be unable to subscribe unless this box is ticked.  Your card details will be stored with Paypoint for these recurring transactions and will not be stored in any form by Quiz Express.

Can I adjust of cancel my subscription at any time? 

Yes. You can cancel or adjust your subscription and payment for it at any time, by telephone, email or any other method. We will confirm receipt of your instruction within 2 workings days.

Can I return my order if I am unhappy with my quizzes?

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

If on receipt of our quizzes, you feel you would have preferred a different level, format or version of quiz (or a combination of these), please contact us to arrange delivery of a free re-issue. Please note; The questions will be the same 'source' questions.

What if I, or team players have a quibble?

We encourage and appreciate feedback on our questions (including the critical kind) so please feel free to send in any comments and any quibbles. We will endeavour to provide our response before your next quiz night so it can be relayed to players. This provides teams with a point of contact for their queries and gives us some enjoyed participation in our quizzes, even when on the rare occasion, we have had to put our hands up!  

Are your quizzes protected by copyright?

All quizzes on this site are unique and original works created by the staff of Quiz Express for Quiz Express. They remain the copyright of Quiz Express and shall not be lent, hired out, resold or copied without the written permission of Quiz Express. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. If you have any queries about our terms & conditions, please contact us
